Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of the original order placement. After 24 hours, your order will have already entered processing and we may be unable to modify or cancel it. Refunds for cancellations within this timeframe will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products securely. An item is considered damaged if the product itself is defective or physically broken upon receipt. Minor damage to external packaging, such as dents or creases, with the product remaining intact and in good condition, is not considered damage eligible for return or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@reishiboost.com. Include clear photographic evidence of the damage to help us promptly assess and address your claim. Eligible damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost. Please note, products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or normal usage are not eligible for return or replacement.


Shipping and Delivery

While Reishi Boost makes every effort to ensure timely and reliable delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected packages once they have been handed over to the courier. Delivery delays due to factors outside our control (including courier handling, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances) are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address has been entered and not corrected within 24 hours of the order placement, Reishi Boost cannot offer a refund or resend your order.
